"drink water before the meal, it will help you eat less!

True, oh so true!
But what if that's not the case?
Well, you see, my "parents" make me eat every day. That's the case!
I know how to resist food for days and on, but they literally forse me to eat all the crape!
And if that is the case.. does anybody know how to make the body neglect the calories?
With that I mean a way for the food to go down your throat, although a way for your body to be in no condition to store the calories, and instead let it pass by.
I sort of know something with such output.
The mulberry pill, that is...
But I just need it to be more striking, sort of...
